- When Arthur meets the Gingaman-affiliated Black Knight and gains his trust, he exclaims, "Finally, a Black Knight I can trust! Last time I encountered one, I chopped his arms and legs off, yet he still insisted on fighting me." as a reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
- This is not the same Arthur from "The Sword in the Stone", even if he does end up appearing in a future Kingdom Hearts game.
