The Command Menu, showcasing the Deck Commands in yellow.

Deck Commands are attack, magic, and item commands that appear in the Command Menu of Avastar: Kingdom Hearts. Once equipped from the start menu, they can be used in battle. When used in battle, they have a limit to how many times they can be used, and a recharging period that allows you to reuse them. Some Support Commands can influence this.

Deck Commands, Action Commands, and special abilities like Shotlock all have levels. When a command levels up, it will be more powerful, and can sometimes have special support abilities attached to it. A command can be leveled up by gaining Command Points from defeating enemies in battle.

Helm Split	5	Physical	Jumps in the air and strikes down with weapon. Can be chained with Reaction Commands. Increases power and duration upon leveling up.	Harold

Zantetsuken	5	Physical	The user prepares a Samurai-like slash. After a dramatic silence, the damage is dealt to the enemies. On weak enemies, it can be a one-hit K.O	Harold, Owen, Stella
Sōkensōin	6	Physical	The user prepares a Samurai-like slash. After a dramatic silence, the user sweeps twice with weapon. This attack will target one enemy, and always K.O. it. It has a slow recharge time, however.	Harold, Owen, Stella
